München-Riem October 1973 I-JAKI Yakovlev Yak-40EC 9141518 Aertirrena Germanair Fokker 28 can be seen on the left. This Yak-40 was specifically manufactured for the Italian market. It had its first flight in 1971 and flew with Aertirrena, Olympic Airways (on lease from Aertirrena), Avio Ligure, Alinord (Cadabo) and Weasua Air Transport, Liberia. It was destroyed in 1996 in Monrovia.
