Sur le toit de l’immeuble se trouvent quatre mats porteurs d’antennes diverses, portant la hauteur totale à 93 mètres The Zamansky tower or Jussieu tower is a building in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. Located in the middle of the Pierre-et-Marie-Curie campus (Jussieu), it houses the administrative services. It is named after Marc Zamansky, dean of the Faculty of Sciences of Paris from 1963 to 1970. It is commonly referred to as the "Jussieu tower" by Parisians, and as the "central tower" or simply "the tower" by campus users. The expression "the tower" also often refers, by metonymy, to the administrative services themselves. At 90 metres high, it is the 115th tallest building in Île-de-France. It consists of 28 levels: a ground floor, two mezzanines, 24 ordinary floors and a technical floor. On the roof of the building are four masts carrying various antennas, bringing the total height to 93 metres. In the background you can see the "Zamansky Tower" of the Faculty of Sciences.
