Camila Cabello
Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao (English: /kə'mi'lə kəˈbeɪoʊ/, Spanish: [ka'mila ka'beʎo]; born March 3, 1997) is a Cuban-American singer and songwriter. She rose to fame as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, who came in third place on the second season of The X Factor in 2012. Thereafter, the group was signed to a joint record deal with Syco Music and Epic Records and released one extended play and two studio albums. Cabello began to establish herself as a solo artist with collaborations such as "I Know What You Did Last Summer" with Shawn Mendes and "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly, both of which reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States. After officially leaving Fifth Harmony in 2016, she released her debut solo single in 2017, "Crying in the Club", which performed modestly before her single "Havana" reached number one in several countries worldwide after replacing the former as the official lead single. Cabello's eponymous debut studio album, Camila (2018), has been well received.
